Weaseller Inc. is the exclusive legal owner of the BIEYE® trademark. The BIEYE brand is officially registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under the following registration numbers:

  • BIEYE® – Registration No. 6058307

    • International Class 11: Lighting fixtures and related products

    • International Class 21: Household decorative glassware and related items

  • BIEYE® – Registration No. 5252370

    • International Class 35: Online retail and wholesale services

Since its establishment, BIEYE has been dedicated to offering high-quality stained glass lighting and decorative products to customers worldwide. Our brand is trusted for its craftsmanship, authenticity, and unique designs.

BIEYE® products are sold only through the following official channels:

We have not authorized any individuals or third-party companies to distribute, wholesale, or resell BIEYE products.
If you find BIEYE-branded products being sold elsewhere, please exercise caution, as they may be counterfeit or unauthorized.

 Zero Tolerance for Infringement

Any unauthorized use of the BIEYE® trademark—including but not limited to:

  • Registering domains or operating websites containing “BIEYE”

  • Selling counterfeit or imitation products

  • Misrepresenting affiliation with our brand

  • Copying our product images, descriptions, or packaging designs

—constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued through legal means.
